Let’s face it holidays are going to be a little different this year! Ireland is the first of our speciality destinations that has released a careful staged lockdown release plan and all going well from the 20th July travel will be allowed outside of each region within Ireland, meaning holidaying in your own country is the only option. But, we don’t think there’s too much to complain about as Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way has been voted one of the top 10 places to visit in the world! So, we think you should take this as an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of your homeland!

You may have had plans to jet off to a hot climate, but we think any change is still good for the soul and with home being more important than ever during lockdown, the chance to escape to one of our stunning holiday havens for a change of scenery will lift your spirits and recharge you. Or, you may already be in the know and be well aware of the allure of the Dingle and Iveragh Peninsulas and cannot wait to return.

All our homes are hand-picked and are nestled in unique locations along the most magnificent part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Choose from luxury designer houses with garden hot tubs to historic hideaways with a story to tell, to clifftop panoramic views and beachfront beauties. Check some of them out below –

We think these testing times will make us realise we really don’t have to travel too far to take a well needed break and we want to help you enjoy yourself whilst away and be able to stay safe and abide by the important governments Covid 19 guidelines.

So, in the next coming weeks we will be enlightening you about the best ways to explore, safely with Stay YNA. Starting with Ireland and Wild Atlantic Stay along the Dingle and Iveragh Peninsulas and following with the French Riviera and Ibiza when France and Spain announce their developments on lifting the lockdown.

We will have advice on the latest Covid 19 restrictions in the area and advice on social distancing rules and respecting the local community. How we manage our homes from cleaning to meet and greets underwill be detailed.  Also very importantly, how to enjoy yourself from enabling you to eat drink and be merry to activities still on offer, as after all you’re still on holiday!

Our local business team up!

This has been a tough time for local businesses so we’ve teamed up with one we think you’ll benefit from most. In the next few weeks we will be recommending some of our favourites, from coffee shops, to bakeries, to the finest dingle fish restaurants… (offering takeaway only of course!) You’ll never even have to leave your holiday home if you don’t want too!

Here’s a little sneak peak for you on what’s to come –

This one’s for the pizza lovers…The fabulous bakery, cafe and restaurant – Emilies in Glenbeigh on the Iveragh Peninsula is still open for business (takeaway only.) Their famous sourdough pizzas are available to order everyday 5-8pm. According to one guest it’s rare to find pizza this good! So why not give yourself a break from cooking?

Check out some more of our other recommendations on places that are doing takeaways and for your local activities – https://www.stayyyna.com/covid-19-travel-ireland/

We can’t wait to welcome you all back soon so you can explore the place, once called ‘the most beautiful place on earth’ by the national geographic, like never before…
