STAY YNA HEALTH AND SAFETY DURING COVID-19

Changeover

The health and safety of our guests and local hosts is our number one priority.We would like to ensure all our guests that we are preparing your stay with the utmost precaution. Our homes are deep cleaned to our usual high standards and Managers use use protective gloves and masks whilst doing this. As an extra precaution we ask you to help fight the potential spread of Covid 19. We will provide linen bags so you can place your used linen in at the end of your stay and we provide cleaning disinfectant for your use and safekeeping throughout your stay with us. Thank you!

Linen, towels and bedding

Linen and towels are washed by our professional cleaning facility at 90 degrees which kills bacteria. We have advised that bedroom soft furnishings used to decorate the bed such as throws and pillows to be stored away wherever possible as these cannot be washed inbetween each guest. It is your discretion if you wish to use them.

Meet and Greets

Nice and Ibiza

Our meet and greets are our pride and joy, so we will still be offering this in Nice. The local manager will be wearing the correct PPE for yours and their safety.

Ibiza regulations people over the age of 6 must wear masks in most public places, inside and outside.

Except –

On the beachWhilst eating and drinking – masks need to be worn on entering an establishment and whilst waiting to be seated and served – masks can be removed when drinks or food arrives at your table.

On the seafront promenades.Whilst practising sport.

Outside urban zones – i.e. in nature: walking, biking, etc.

In and around pools and pool terraces, as long as the minimum distance of 1.5m between you and people you don’t live/stay with is maintained.
