The spacious bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed and a big wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Integrated air conditioning and double glazing will ensure a good night’s sleep in the height of summer.

The open plan bright living area with grey wooden flooring has been cleverly designed. The cinema part of the room with its relaxing sofa has a modern stone wall with flat screen TV (French and English news channels), DVD/CD player and internet. Phillips iPhone dock radio. There is also a selection of books and DVDs for you to enjoy. A stylish dining table that seats four is by the large French windows that overlook picturesque rooftops. The slick modern kitchen with glossy dark grey cabinets is very well equipped. At your disposal there is a four ring electric hob, oven/grill, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a variety of utensils and cooking ware.

Lieu
Carré D’or is a lively, cosmopolitan part of central Nice filled with trendy shops, chic boutiques, numerous restaurants, cafés and ice cream shops. Paradis is located in the pedestrianized parts of the Carré D’or, just round the corner from its main street, Rue Masséna. It is vibrant but not noisy, as there are no cars. You are a moment’s walk away from the main high street Avenue Jean Médecin and shopping is a joy in two excellent food halls of Nice, Galeries Lafayette and Monoprix. You will find yourself a 3 minute walk from the beach. Nices atmospheric Old Town is approximately a 5 minute walk across the impressive Place Massena. This is a great central location to enjoy an exciting sunny city.

Closest tram stop to this apartment is Jean Médecin
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses. Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre. Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port. Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur. Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.50 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
