Communication between head office and Nice has been finely tuned so nothing gets missed. From a guests arrival details, to reporting an incident or any damage. Procedures are in place and constantly readdressed so we keep a tight ship. We work very closely to ensure guests and owners are happy. We are one team!
"If I ever needed proof of how dedicated our team are then the terrible events on the 14th of July in Nice proved it. Within 1 hour all our Local Managers in Nice had communicated with all their guests and head office and ensured they were all but one set of guests were safely accounted for. They were missing for the entire next day and were not answering their phone. Head office tracked them on facebook trying to make further contact. Managers Elena and Jenny checked their apartment hourly and reported them to the police as potentially missing. At 4pm they responded to say they had been on a day trip and were unaware of the events and we have never felt so relieved all our guests and team were safe. I felt proud of the care and dedication they displayed in the event of a crisis and I feel that's how they approach their job on a day to day basis. Professionalism, care and dedication"
