Living area
The light and airy living area is spacious and bright, with wooden floors, soft blues and light greys. A large and comfortable corner sofa can accommodate six people and there is also an easy chair set in a windowed nook where guests can curl up with a hot drink and their favourite read and spend an afternoon of pure relaxation. A real fireplace will keep any winter chill away and ensure this room is cosy and warm allowing guests to enjoy a movie or box-set on the large flat screen TV, mounted on the wall.
Kitchen and Dining area
The dining room and kitchen boasts tiled floors and a plethora of pine cupboards and storage units. The two long worktops mean there is plenty of space in the kitchen area which boasts, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven with electric hobs. In the dining area guests will find a wooden dining table that seats six.
Next to the kitchen in the utility room which possess a washer, a dryer and a dish washer.
Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The wooden floors and soothing pastel colours promote and feeling of relaxation and comfort and there is a walk-in closet for guests to store their clothes and bags.
The second bedroom is a double bedroom with large pine wardrobe, wooden floors and several large windows which give it a light and airy feel.
The final bedroom is a twin with two single beds. The warm palette of orange and white gives this room a welcoming zesty feel which will put a spring in even the most tired guests step.
Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms. One is the ensuite attached to the master bedroom with shower cubicle and toilet. The second bathroom is also located on the first floor between the double and twin room and possess a toilet and bath.The final bathroom is downstairs located by the utility room and possess a shower, toilet and sink.
Outside space
The property sits on a rise and benefits from a long driveway and well trimmed lawns allowing guests to look out over the ocean. Sitting as it does next to beautiful church of Cloghane, St Brendans, Mountain Retreat is only a short walk to the local pub or the village shop, which ensures guests have everything they need on their door step.
