Kitchen and living area
The apartment is brought to life by the warmth of the oak fittings throughout. Carefully designed to maximise light and space the open plan upstairs area is comprised of a seating area with garden view, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The large windows allow a spot of nature into this relaxing corner, which has two armchairs and a comfortable leather sofa which pulls out to sleep an extra guest if needed, with electric shutters for convenience. There is a flat screen UHD smart TV with DVD player including a selection of DVDs for your entertainment and a high-speed fibre optic Internet connection. For your comfort there is a portable A/C unit that has been fitted.
The kitchen is also given character by the superb oak panels and will welcome gourmet chefs and tentative sandwich makers alike. It has an electric oven with four hobs, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Your laundry needs are also taken care of by a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

An exquisite oak staircase leads down to the bedrooms which are found on the lower ground floor of this characterful duplex, giving a quieter night’s sleep. The double room has a king-sized mattress, under-bed drawers and a mirrored wardrobe for storage space with elegant bedside tables and lamps on both sides. The second bedroom has twin beds, a comfortable armchair and a small cupboard with drawers and hanging space.
The crisp, clean lines of the tiled bathroom echo the elegance of this apartment. Situated on the ground floor there is a bathtub with shower fitting, double basins, spotlights, and plenty of mirrors and storage space.
Situated just off the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin Brunelle is halfway between the beach and the railway station. An ideal city centre location: shops, restaurants, cinemas, bars, spas and boulangeries are all just a step away! Take a ten-minute stroll to the seafront, the Old Town, the central park of the Promenade du Paillon with fountains and play areas, or the exclusive boutiques of rue Paradis; there really is something for everyone.

The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses. Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre. Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port. Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur. Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.50 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
