The stylish lounge is an elegant escape for sure. The sage and teal wood-panelled walls and oak floors are complemented with a brown leather chesterfield, plush navy velvet armchairs, an original mid century coffee table and atmospheric lighting. An idyllic spot to watch the world go by through the large windows out across the harbour to Eask Tower. It’s also the perfect snug to could just curl up and watch a movie on the flat screen TV.

Harbour View has a stunning, unique kitchen looking out onto the garden. The contemporary wall tiles and antique floor slate steal the show, the perfect backdrop for the modern white kitchen, walnut counters, Belfast sink and colourful delph.
The heirloom dresser has been updated with ornate tiles and hooks to hang utensils and sits alongside a contemporary fridge freezer. There is an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, vintage style kettle and toaster and a convenient breakfast bar nook that completes the facilities.
In times gone by, the utility room at the back would definitely have been called a scullery – this house just exudes an air of history, even with its updated decor! Here you’ll find a washer, dryer, microwave, WC and access to the large back garden.

Charming and elegant, the dining room is the perfect setting for a fancy dinner party and practical enough for family feeds.
