Kitchen and Living area
Entering the house you come directly into an open plan kitchen and living area. With wooden floors, an open fire and feature wooden mantelpiece, the living area is dominated by a large curved leather couch which provides ample space to stretch out in front of a blazing fire or get the gang around to watch a match on the giant screen TV.
The kitchen is finished to a high spec with tasteful cream cabinets and stylish speckled quartz countertops setting the scene, with a built-in oven, hob and microwave, and a standalone retro red fridge-freezer adding a colourful finishing touch. Two giant bean bag seats provide another hangout corner, under a fully-stocked bookshelf with plenty of holiday reading.
On the first level upstairs, there is a delightful twin room to the back of the house, with twin beds, and fun contemporary art prints of iconic Irish author Peig. A vintage-style pink wardrobe and chest of drawers with rose gold handles and golden lightbulbs in the bedside lamps set off this charming space. The comfortable double bedroom, to the front of the house on the ground floor has a wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and restful decor palette.
Up another flight of stairs is the master suite, with stunning views out across the Diseart Gardens and Dingle Bay visible from the windows. The room has an opulent king size bed, plush carpeting and mirrored slide robes, tallboy chest of drawers and a dressing table—an is equipped with a ceiling fan in the unlikely event of an Irish summer getting too hot! The en suite has a mix of traditional black and white tiling and wood panelled walls with a dado rail, paired with contemporary conveniences of a power shower with rain shower, and sink with mixer tap.

The small paved back garden has a south-easterly aspect and comfortable outdoor seating to soak up the best of the sun. There is also a tiled garden room/utility room which contains a WC, washer and dryer, an extra freezer and storage for cleaning equipment and barbecue—there’s plenty of space to store sports equipment, buggies, luggage etc too.
Dining and Conservatory area
A sliding glass door lets plenty of light in to the main house, and leads out to the standout feature of the house - a huge L-shaped conservatory, with another large, comfy leather couch delineating the seating area in one part, and a dining table, seating six being the main focal point of this stunning sun room that’s just made for entertaining. From here another set of doors leads out to the small paved back garden.
The colourful fishing town of Dingle boasts many attractions and there is always something fun to do with cultural events throughout the year including food, music, film and arts festivals. The town is surrounded by natural beauty with beaches, mountains and rivers to explore.
With over 50 pubs in the town, there is always a bit of craic to be had and live music every night. Dingle was named Ireland’s Best Foodie Town in 2014 so food lovers will be in heaven! There are so many good restaurants especially serving freshly caught seafood it is hard to just name a few, but you’ll find some of our favourites on the Stay YNA App. The Dingle Food Festival takes place every year over the first weekend in October and attracts thousands of visitors for its taste trail, demonstrations, wine tasting, workshops and entertainment. There is also farmers market on Fridays with all the award winning local produce Dingle has to offer on sale.
