Living and dining area
Two sets of tall French windows allow in the Côte d’Azur light and give you the opportunity to gaze out across the rooftops from the sofa or armchair. A decorative fireplace and exposed wooden beam fill this space with charm, only rivalled by the allure of the life floating up from the streets below. There is also a circular dining table to seat four should you wish to do some entertaining and a wall-mounted TV for some downtime.
Next to the Cathedral of St Réparate and overlooking the historic square of Place Rosetti at the heart of the Old Town, this is a place from which to live and breathe the Niçois lifestyle. A famous ice-cream parlour on your doorstep, not to mention the boutiques, bars, galleries and museums, make this quartier a great place to stay. Just a 4-minute walk from the beach and with easy access to public transport, this is an ideal holiday location for first-time visitors or Nice aficionados alike.
There are several carparks for the Old Town although traffic is restricted in the narrow streets. Try Parking Corvesy at 3 Rue Alexandre Mari, or Vinci Car Parking under Cours Saleya.

Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
