Outside space

There is a serene sense of flow from the lounge area and out through a further set of sliding doors allowing the wraparound terrace to become an extension of the internal living space. Sea views are framed by luscious leafy greenery while exquisite Vincent Sheppard furniture, including a sofa, armchairs and sun-loungers, will keep you luxuriating on the 25m2 terrace for hours.

Bedrooms

The two double bedrooms have been stylishly furnished to create a sense of tranquillity, offering gentle and luxurious comfort for the ultimate escape. Both open onto the secluded terrace through sliding doors allowing the sun to filter through the curtains from early morning until the sun goes down across the bay bringing a kaleidoscope of patterns and colours dancing into the rooms. There is integrated AC throughout allowing perfect sleeping temperatures, reaches up to 22 degrees in all seasons, and electric sun blinds are fitted to all patio doors for quick and effortless adjustment.

Bathroom

Each bedroom has an individual en-suite bathroom which has been designed using the timeless beauty of earth colours reflecting through glass panels and wide inset mirrors to present a pristine environment offering a level of luxury and comfort you will only find in the most bespoke of establishments. Whether you require a calming end to the day, or an invigorating morning, these luxurious bathrooms featuring double basins, both gentle overhead rain showers and power showers, and digitally controlled heated towel rails, will ensure your complete comfort.

For privacy and convenience, a separate guest washroom and WC can be found at the main entrance.

Television entertainment is available in the form of the latest UHD 4K Smart 55inch wall mounted TV with hi-speed wi-fi offering NETFLIX, YouTube and FTA international satellite channels. Kitchen and dining area

A fully equipped kitchen forms part of the open-plan living and dining area, providing the best in German technology with a Siemens fridge/freezer, induction hob, fitted microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Revive yourself with the Nespresso coffee machine, which has a supply of single country origin capsules. The kitchen leads directly on to the extensive terrace inviting you to enjoy the al fresco dining area. The inside dining area offers dedicated seating for six guests with cushioned dining chairs and an oblong table combining solid tempered glass with imaginative steel and wood supports drawn from a bygone industrial era.

Important Information

This apartment operates an air conditioning system which is activated by building maintenance. This system provides coolant in the summer months and heating in the winter months. These systems are normally switched over in mid-May but this may be subject to change which is out of our control.
