Outside Space

It is very hard to find properties in the Nice area with a swimming pool and easy access to the city centre. Penthouse Eleganza enjoy oozes of outdoor space including a fabulous outdoor dining terrace for six, a lounge terrace with indulgent corner sofa and an unbeatable rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and sun loungers, sit outside on a cool summer evening and take in the gorgeous unparalleled views. There is also a gated communal 10m swimming pool that enjoys the sun all day. The pool is for use by the complex residents and their guests only.

Living Space

The living space is open plan with the kitchen and dining room. The lounge area has a large corner sofa decorated in light bright colours that complement the penthouse's azur view sky views. There is a 58 inch Smart TV and large patio sliding doors so you can walk out an enjoy the Mediterranean views. There is air conditioning throughout the living area.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The dining area seats 6 and again enjoys access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a lovely sociable kitchen island and large oven and microwave, four ring hob, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Bedrooms

There are three spacious bedrooms all of which enjoy their own patio sliding doors leading out to terraces with uninterrupted sky views! There is one master king bed size room with an ensuite shower room and two queen bed size rooms that share a shower room accessible form the hallway. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms decorated in simple and elegant stone tiling. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and a sink. Please note: there is no toilet in the master bedroom ensuite. The two bedrooms share a separate family bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet combined with a utility and washing machine.
