Spaces
Kitchen

The kitchen has charming retro tiling and saloon doors giving it 1970s vibes, updated with the latest in modern appliances—hob, over, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. It has some charming vintage features, like a wall-mounted weighing scales that any antique or cookery enthusiast will find delightful. A sunroom off the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee - it also hides a cleverly hidden utility room where the washing machine and dryer reside.

Living/dining room

The living room oozes old world charm with stone flag floors and wooden ceilings. This great big open-plan living space was created by blocking up the front door from the street and opening up the ground floor. At one end of the room a cosy fireplace is surrounded by comfortable couches and chairs in classic style, while at the other end a stove with a traditional stone feature wall keeps the dining area warm. Quirky nautical knick-knacks and antique paintings and prints provide plenty of interest to the house. A solid wooden dining table seats six comfortably (and eight if required), with a beautiful brass light fitting illuminating the evening gatherings.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom at the top of the house has buckets of wow factor. A large room with vaulted wooden ceilings and wraparound windows, it has unbeatable views over Dingle Bay and Eask Tower. European style with single duvet antique beds are the perfect place to wake up to one of the most breathtaking mornings you will ever have. Taking advantage of the space the room also has a large couch perfectly placed for enjoying the views. There is also a TV, but you will be hard pressed to drag your eyes away towards it!

To the front of the house, on the street side, is another large double bedroom, with high ceilings, atmospherically decorated with antique furniture and a brass double bedstead. This large room also boasts a two-seater couch.

A twin room to the front of the house also has iron bedsteads and antique furnishings, along with original fireplace.

The hallway hosts a fitted wardrobe for extra storage space.

Bathrooms

Upstairs the bedrooms share a tiled bathroom with half bath and shower, bidet, sink and WC.

The downstairs bathroom has a stunning stained glass panelled door, and is charmingly retro with wood panel walls, shower, WC, sink and bidet.

Outside space

The house is accessed through a good-sized sunroom at the side. The driveway and parking space to the rear is shared with next door. This leads directly to the waterfront. Outside the house is a picnic table and outdoor fireplace with potted plants.
