There are two bedrooms; one double (140×200) and one twin room 2 single bed (90×200 each). Both have bedside tables with reading lamps and the twin has a large built in mirrored wardrobe for accommodating storage. The double bedroom is away from the street and there is a portable A/C unit and tower fans for when temperatures rise.
The bathroom has an elegant marble basin and walk in shower cubicle, complete with a rain-shower system. For convenience, the toilet is separate and also has a small basin.
The living area is comprised of a relaxing lounge area with large L-shaped sofa from which to enjoy the home entertainment system (TV, DVD, music) and dining table for if you want to eat in. Elegantly furnished with both traditional and contemporary pieces, this room is light and airy, with a tall window, wooden floor, and ceiling fan.
The open-plan kitchen has a chic breakfast bar featuring a Nespresso machine, and has been stylishly equipped to make self-catering as enjoyable as possible. There is a combination microwave/grill, 4 electric hobs, a toaster, kettle, large fridge and dishwasher to reduce unwanted chores, as well as full laundry equipment if needed.
Parking is restricted in the Old Town but here are car parks nearby in Cours Saleya and next to the Palais du Justice.

Less than a five-minute walk from the beach and right in the heart of the Vieille Ville, this is the perfect spot from which to discover Nice. Filled with eateries of all types, boutiques and galleries there is no shortage of things to do and see on your doorstep. Picturesque steps or a public lift on the seafront, take you up to Colline du Chateau for a magnificent view over the terracotta rooftops and there is a public garden complete with fountains, shady picnic spots and children’s play areas in the nearby Promenade du Paillon.
