The house is beautifully furnished with a colourful established garden surrounded by incredible walks.The Green House has panoramic sea & mountain views and is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Ballyquin beach and Brandon Pier where you can have a drink at the legendary Murphy’s Bar overlooking Brandon Bay, the longest beach in Ireland.
The house has three bedrooms, two large doubles with sea views and one twin room with mountain view which has large built in bunk beds.
There are two bathrooms, the downstairs wetroom has a pressurised shower perfectly accessible to walk up into, straight from beach after swim or surf. The upstairs bathroom has a sunken bath, contemporary yellow sink bowl, well lit mirrors and mountain views.
The living area is spacious and bright providing all your holiday needs, a large dining area which comfortable fits 12 people, a relaxed lounge area and reading snugs. The property has a contemporary look with dark wood trimmings, polished concrete and Indian limestone floors and very large windows to fully appreciate the surrounding views. The focal point of the living area is the dramatic fireplace with a two way stove dividing the lounge and dining area.
The tasteful kitchen is very user friendly with everything you could need from sandwich maker to whisk. The large cooker faces the living area creating a great social/cooking environment. There is a very pleasing view of the sea and headland from the twin porcelain sink. The kitchen has more than enough worktop space and plenty of storage.
