Relax on the large 16m2 balcony with two chaise longue and dining table that seats four.

The two bedrooms are stylish and modern. The double room has plenty of wardrobe space with large French-windows that lead out onto the sunny balcony. The 2nd bedroom comprises of two single beds and wardrobe, again with large French-windows leading to the balcony. In each of the bedrooms, there is a wardrobe/closet, a mirror, a hairdryer, a dresser of drawers and an alarm clock with iPod docking station. There is also air conditioning in both bedrooms

There are two bathrooms neither have a toilet, there is a separate WC for everyone to use. One bathroom has a contemporary shower enclosure and sink. The second bathroom has a large tub and sink.

The open plan living area is spacious and well designed with a dining table for six and comfortable seating for four. There are large French-windows leading out onto the stunning balcony creating a light and airy feel and allowing the cooling breezes through the apartment. The large balcony is ideal for dining Al Fresco and will ensure that you’ll be able to sit out and enjoy aperitifs in the warm air of the Cote d’Azur. The Kitchen and diner is fully equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is sleek, minimal and smart looking with all the mod-cons you would expect of an apartment of this calibre. There is an oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer and plenty of storage space and utensils. There is also a dishwasher and full size refrigerator and freezer.

There is a dining table in the kitchen with seating for six and one on the balcony that also seats four. This makes socialising very easy, whether in the kitchen, the lounge or out on the balcony.

Violet is located in the stylish and quiet Flower Quarter, known as Les Fleurs. Just four blocks back from the famous main promenade, the beaches are practically on your doorstep and you will benefit from having bakeries, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Old Town is 20 minutes away and can be accessed via a pleasant stroll along the promenade or through the characterful avenues and streets of this vibrant city. The apartment is also centrally located one block away from the Metro station 'Alsace Lorraine.'

Transports publics
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 2 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses. The closest Tram station to the apartment is Alsace Lorraine - only a 2 minute walk to this apartment! This line runs from the Nice airport terminal 2, stopping at other central stations on this line are Durandy & Garibaldi / Le Chateau, all the way through to The Port.
Line 2 connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port. Line 1 meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur. Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.50 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
