The legendary GAA football festival, Comórtas Peile Páidi Ó Sé, draws teams from around the world
The first Páidí Ó Sé Gaelic Football Tournament was dreamed up by its namesake legendary footballer in the West Kerry Gaeltacht in 1989, with a full ladies competition added in 2007. The tournament has stretched to three days, run from its HQ in Páidí Ó Sé’s pub in Ventry, with teams coming from as far afield as the United Arab Emirates, as well as Scotland and England.
