We have Area Operations Managers overseeing and supporting our team of personal House Managers that take care of all our owners and guests needs. We also have a team of Sales Managers who source owners with the finest homes to join our portfolio. We have an office in the centre of Nice that is the central hub for our operations.

Issues and emergencies are dealt with quickly and you will be notified of any maintenance work required and this will be organised for you. From electricity to heating issues, leaks and replacement items to dealing with your syndic and neighbours. and can even handle refurbishments and updating your home.
The Head Office Team is a hive of activity handling guest enquiries, bookings, marketing and social media, payroll & administration, web site development, external advertising platforms and very importantly along with the French Riviera Team, owner care & communications.
Our UK based reservation team are highly driven to get the best bookings possible. They are available 7 days a week. They monitor and review your bookings on a weekly basis and promote your property for maximum exposure and aim to provide the highest level of bookings possible. We showcase you on stayyna.com in one of our 7 unique collections & our live calendars are synchronised with multiple high profile trusted marketing platforms.
