Christmas is not complete without a Christmas market!
Don’t miss the wonderful Christmas market at Place Massena, starting early December, open until early January. While it may be small (50 stalls), the market still provides a festive atmosphere with an ice skating rink, a large Ferris wheel, providing you with a 360° stunning view of Nice and over the Baie des Anges, as well as a chance to try French holiday cuisine! At night the whole city becomes illuminated with thousands of lights. Nice’s city council spend almost a million Euros on Christmas lights in previous years. More than 800 different light decorations and over 320 garlands decorate the city.

Nice only indoor amusement park in Europe – Luna Park is back in its usual location of ‘Esplanade de Lattre de Tassigny’ as it does each year. You are guaranteed a family fun day for both Children and Adults! Enjoy the endless amounts of rides and stalls!

New Years Eve in Nice
Nice Acropolis throws a huge New Years Eve concert with music courtesy of the Philharmonique de Nice. Many clubs and restaurants also celebrate the New Year by hosting concerts including pop, electro and classical music.
You can join the crowds at Massena for the biggest New Years countdown in Nice at midnight. Or, why not head down to see the impressive fireworks display on the Promenade? Be sure to bring a blanket and a bottle of champagne!
