A fireplace adds warmth, while subtle lighting highlights the built-in shelving, creating a relaxing ambience perfect for unwinding with a book. Furnished with a white two-seater sofa and a luxuriously comfortable blue armchair, the room feels connected to the rest of the home through open-plan doors, offering privacy without isolation.
The main living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a beautiful contrast of light and dark tones. A striking black feature wall hosts a Smart TV positioned above a sleek horizontal fireplace, complemented by integrated wall speakers for an immersive movie-night experience. Grey leather sofas provide generous seating, while light wooden shelving with soft under-lighting enhances the warm, relaxed atmosphere.

A light grey dining area sits within the kitchen, offering comfortable seating for six guests, perfect for relaxed family dinners or leisurely breakfasts. Ample cupboard space is provided through a thoughtful mix of deep blue and light grey units, ensuring everything has its place while maintaining a clean, uncluttered feel.
At the heart of the room is a spacious kitchen island, ideal for food preparation or casual dining. It features seating for three, with elegant quilted bar stools that add a touch of luxury and comfort. Overhead lighting and natural light from the skylight and windows flood the space, enhancing the bright, airy atmosphere.

Burnham House offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Expansive, thoughtfully positioned windows frame breath-taking, uninterrupted views of Dingle Harbour, bringing the beauty of the harbour into every room providing plenty of space, comfort, and privacy for every guest. On the ground floor, you'll find a twin room with clean white walls and elegant grey bed frames. A bedside table completes the room, keeping things simple yet stylish. The space feels bright and inviting, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, The first bedroom features a super king bed and is decorated in soft grey tones with beautifully panelled walls. The white bed frame creates a fresh, airy feel, while the grey vanity and wardrobe offer ample storage space. A grey cushioned bench sits at the foot of the bed, adding a touch of comfort. With fresh white cotton sheets and stunning views of Dingle Harbour, this room is both serene and luxurious.
The second upstairs bedroom is another super king with a similar aesthetic, including grey-panelled walls and grey furniture. A vanity and wardrobe provide plenty of storage, and fresh white cotton sheets add to the cozy atmosphere. This room also features an en-suite bathroom and breath taking views of the harbour, making it a true sanctuary.
The third upstairs bedroom features a king bed and maintains the calming grey tones that run throughout the house. It follows the same panelled wall theme, complemented by white furniture, including a vanity, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. Overlooking the tranquil garden area, this room offers a peaceful environment for a restful night’s sleep.

When you walk the stone steps up through the back garden, past the apartment, you arrive at a seating area with a thoughtfully positioned bench that offers beautiful views across the bay back toward Dingle. The property also offers ample parking, ensuring convenience for residents and guests alike.

Additional Accommodation Option

For added flexibility, guests have the option to book the adjacent Burnham Snug alongside Burnham House for an additional fee, perfect for extended families, couples, or those seeking a little extra privacy.

The Snug is a beautifully designed one-bedroom, sleeps two luxury annex set within the same peaceful grounds, offering a cosy yet contemporary retreat for two guests. Featuring a super king bed, open-plan living space, modern kitchenette, and tranquil garden views, it provides a private haven while still being just steps from the main house. When booked together, the properties can accommodate up to 10 guests, combining space, comfort, and seclusion in a truly special setting.
