You are in the heart of the Old Town on the quiet charming side street of Rue de la Croix. Seconds away lie an abundance of bustling streets with restaurants, boutique shops, cafés and bars. Around the corner is the fish market and the most popular butchers shop in central Nice, not to mention numerous patisseries and boulangeries. The promenade, beach and fresh food market on the Cours Saleya are a 5 minute walk away.

Public transport

DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY: From Nice Train Station: Exit Nice Central train station (Gare Thiers). Turn left as you exit thestation and continue down the road to the tram stop (Gare Thiers).Get the tram going in the direction of 'Hôpital Pasteur' and get off at 'Cathedrale Vieille Ville' tram stop. Turn left as you get off the tram. Take the 1st right, which is Rue Centrale. Then you take the 2nd left, which is Rue de la Lodge. Walk up here and take the 3rd turning on your left. This is Rue de la Croix. Continue to number 9. From the Airport: Take the tram line 2
direction Port Lympia until station Jean Medecin, then walk 80m to tram line 1 on Avenue Jean Medecin. take tram 1 direction hopital Pasteur and go down at ''''Cathedrale vieille ville"TM stop. Take left of the tram and right into ''Iue Central'! (corner of the Banque Populaire/ Pharmacie Centrale), walk to Rue de la Loge which is the second street on your left. Walk up 3 streets, turn to your left on Rue de la Croix. Continue to number 9. Nearest taxi drop off point: Taxi's cannot get into the Old Town! Nearest drop off is Rue Centrale. By Car: Closest.

Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone
