Living area

The main living area is is a stunning light-filled room with floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor. Elegantly furnished in muted tones, an elegant L-shaped couch offers plenty of seating for watching a movie or socialising, while a leather armchair and footstool by the bookshelf is the perfect spot to cosy up by the wood burning stove.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The open plan kitchen and dining room oozes country cottage charm with pine walls and ceiling, and wooden flooring in the dining area, with a dining table seating four. A country-style dresser and a cosy wood-burning stove with a pretty tiled backdrop complete the setting, with prints by local artists portraying traditional farming and seafaring scenes.

The tile-floor kitchen is fitted with wooden cabinetry, complemented by a Belfast sink, and all modern appliances including an American-style fridge, five-ring gas hob and double oven. A kitchen island with barstool seating is the perfect place to gather pre-dinner. Pantry style cupboards provide plenty of storage and keep appliances (including microwave and washing machine) out of view.


The first bedroom, with a king-size double bed, is downstairs and elegantly furnished with plush grey carpeting and relaxing lilac-toned walls. Plantation shutters give privacy and mirrored fitted wardrobes make the most of the light while offering plenty of storage.

Upstairs the second bedroom is similarly restful, decorated in a subtle pale blue, with a comfortable double bed, mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage, and stylish plantation shutters.


The downstairs bathroom is wet room-tiled with an accessible shower (with shower seat) and toilet with grab rail and support rail.

The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled with chic grey tiles. This bathroom is equipped with a corner electric shower and smart mirror displaying time and temperature—handy information for planning the day’s activities!

Outdoor Space

At the end of a terrace, the house has a beautiful mature garden with lush planting to the front and side. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to the private south-facing terrace, complete with picnic bench and a small round cafe-style table. The driveway has room for one car, with ample extra parking in the estate.
