What a spot! Overlooking Dingle Harbour in a peaceful corner of the vibrant town. The Boat House is a very special place that will create wonderful memories of your visit to the Peninsula. The incredible views of boats, people, birds, Fungie the harbour’s dolphin, ever-changing seas and the green hills of Burnham will keep you occupied for hours. The outdoor BBQ area with exquisite stonework is perfect for entertaining or pop to one of the neighbouring restaurants/pubs. This waterside house has a nautical theme throughout and with three bedrooms and it’s own parking… i’s a fine choice!
The Boat House has three bedrooms. 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and the master is on the 1st floor.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright with a little viewing lounge that has chairs and binoculars making the most of the incredible location. There are steps leading up to the kingsize bedroom giving a feeling of grandeur and a large en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with lockers, lamps, storage and as with all YNA homes, fresh white pressed linen and towels.
There are two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a turquoise tiled shower room with a toilet and sink. The upstairs En-suite is a navy and white bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, large shower, sink and toilet.
The unique open plan living area has wonderful views across the harbour and local art work adorning the walls. The lounge area that steps up in the dining room has an open fireplace, wooden beamed ceiling, comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The double height ceiling in the kitchen/diner creates a spacious feel and is overlooked by the office mezzanine. There is large oak table with classic high back chairs to seat six. In the kitchen there is oodles of rustic charm with red brickwork, quirky tiles and colourful hanging crockery. There is an electric hob, an oven, a fridge and a large Belfast sink. In the basement downstairs there is a washing machine, clothes drying racks and a freezer.
There is an office room off the master bedroom that overlooks the lounge. This can be used to catch up on a bit of work or simply a private space to relax with a book.
An amazing outdoor area with established trees, a gas BBQ, two natural stone built in tables w surround seating and the views of the harbour are just fantastic. It feels very private even though not is so central.
