Spaces
Living area

From the entrance hall leads into a spacious bright sitting room with French doors opening out to the front of the house and a large mirror over the fireplace reflecting the incredible views across the bay. A large flatscreen TV, open fireplace with stone surround and rustic wooden mantelpiece complete the cosy room.

Kitchen and Dining area

The living room opens into the dining room which is continuous with the kitchen and a second living room space to the back of the house. The dining area is delineated by its wooden floor and the dining table seats six comfortably. Moving into the modern fitted kitchen, it gleams with a shining tiled floor and light wooden cabinets; a skylight window lets more light stream in to this area. The kitchen has every convenience—fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine.

The kitchen opens into a second sitting room area at the back of the house. Stylishly furnished with cane furniture it has French doors to the outside picnic table—it’s the perfect layout for summer entertaining and barbecues.

Porch

Entering the porch through glass double-glazed doors you step first into a black and white tiled porch, ideal for leaving sandy flip flops or mucky hiking boots, before entering the front door proper into the wooden floored entrance hall of the house.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed with a feature headboard, where you can enjoy the stunning views without even leaving the comfort of your bed. Wooden floors, a fitted wardrobe and contemporary en suite shower room, with spacious electric corner shower, complete this room.

The second double bedroom to the rear of the house looks out over the back lawn. Similarly to the master bedroom, it has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and wooden floors. The spacious tiled en suite has an electric corner shower.

The twin room has wooden floors and fitted wardrobes, and benefits from the fabulous views to the front of the house.

Outside space

With mature gardens, palms and sizeable lawns, front and back, the fully-enclosed gardens are ideal for young families. There is a short driveway and ample parking in front of the house. The barbecue area with picnic table to the back of the house is perfectly positioned for access to the kitchen.

Bathrooms

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment as well as a separate shower cubicle and sink with storage cabinet.

The two double bedrooms are both equipped with en suite shower rooms featuring under-sink storage cabinets, spacious corner electric showers and heated towel rails.
