Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is storage space on either side, an additional wardrobe and the luxury of an electric blind for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which when not in use can lift up giving more space to move around in. This room also has a desk, plenty of built in storage and remote-control mood lighting to suit every moment. Both bedrooms have French windows opening onto the balcony.
Bathrooms
The Italian-tiled bathroom has excellent lighting, plenty of mirrored storage space and a bathtub for truly unwinding. It also has a shower fitting with glass screen and a heated towel rail.
Kitchen and living area
The open plan kitchen and living space opens on to the terrace creating a bright room at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven with four hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Full laundry equipment is also provided. A circular marble dining table with comfortable chairs for four will make every mealtime a pleasure and there is a matching marble coffee table in the lounge area, with a sleek leather sofa and comfortable armchair for relaxing in front of the TV.

The Air conditioning is controlled by the building syndic, this is a cooling system within the apartment and is switched over in May ready for the hotter season.

Situated in the prestigious Carré D’Or neighbourhood not far from the splendid Hotel Negresco the neighbourhood is filled with beautiful façades and is an easy distance from the seafront and the main shopping areas of central Nice. Boutique is also just a block away from the Masséna Museum housed in a glorious Belle Epoque Villa and surrounded by an opulent garden. For another shady retreat or a children’s playground the Alsace-Lorraine Garden is also just a short walk away.

The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses. Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre. Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port. Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur. Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.50 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
