Outside Space
Sliding doors allow guests to step out from the lounge onto a spacious decking area with dining table and seating for six so guests can enjoy al fresco mealtimes in the sunshine. The verdant lawn stretches out to a stylish and sun-drenched wooden pergola, where two sun loungers await guest looking to work on their tan. Stepping through the sliding doors from the bedrooms, on the opposite side of the building, there is a smaller decking area that overlooks another grassy lawn with a table and chairs for two, allowing guests to enjoy their espresso and croissant in the morning sun.
Living area
The stylish and spacious open plan living area is comprised of calming neutral palettes with accents of teal and pink, making it very easy on the eye. It features a large and comfortable sofa and two relaxing easy chairs. A glass dining table seats six people with welcoming high backed dining chairs. There is a flatscreen smart TV seated on a modern sideboard and WiFi is available throughout the property as standard.
Bedrooms
The two double bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds and contemporary built in storage space. Both rooms open onto a decking area surrounded by greenery, with table and chairs for two so that guests can enjoy an uplifting coffee in the sunshine and fresh air. Both bedrooms benefit from uber-modern ensuite bathrooms, with contemporary lighting and a striking design.
Bathrooms
There are two stylish ensuite bathrooms which have been furnished to a premium standard. The main bathroom contains a toilet and full-length bath, as well as twin 'his and hers' sinks and mirrors.
The second bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features a shower unit, toilet and large sink and mirror unit.
