Opposite a delightfully leafy public garden with shady benches and a children’s play area in the corner, Celeste is at the heart of a magnificent neighbourhood of Belle Epoque and Art Deco façades. It is three blocks behind the eminent Hotel Negresco, so just 500m to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais for your seafront stroll. The area is a sought-after place to live for locals and visitors alike and so finding a boulangerie for your morning croissants or a pavement café to soak up some local life will never pose a problem. A 15-minute walk, short bus ride or future tram journey will take you to the central shopping area. Already well-connected, the soon-to-be-opened underground tram station will make connections to the airport, train station and the Old Town fast and efficient.
There are a number of carparks in the area near the apartment; try Nice Azur Parking Palmeira on rue Saint Philippe.
