There is an attention-grabbing built-in black surround fireplace and a flat screen TV. The piece de resistance are the sliding doors that lead out onto a spacious balcony with a garden table and comfortable seating for four.

The main bathroom is stylishly decorated in cream with grey tiling, and there is a full-sized bath and shower fitting, toilet, sink and mirror.
