Eve has the advantage of being high up in a very traditional Old Town building. This means it has the benefit of a cool breeze passing over the rooftops and into the apartment. It has cool white tiled floors and has a homely feel with French inspired furnishings. Overlooking the bustling pedestrian Rue de la Préfecture in the Old Town, we think you’ll find it hard to resist the many restaurants, boutiques and food shops below.

Address: Rue de la Préfecture, Old Town, Nice

Floor/Building:4th floor. No Lift. Typical Old Town stairs – they are very steep in parts
