A dedicated workspace makes it ideal for guests who need to catch up on emails or work remotely, while a cleverly concealed washing machine adds extra convenience without compromising the room's elegant design. Ample storage allows you to unpack and settle in with ease. Head directly onto a second, private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or simply let the warm French Riviera air drift in. Florea Parc offers two delightful private terraces, allowing you to make the most of the Mediterranean climate throughout your stay. The smaller terrace, accessed directly from the bedroom, provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or simply relax and let the warm French Riviera breeze drift through. The larger terrace, accessed from the living area, is perfectly set up for outdoor living, featuring a comfortable dining table and seating for al fresco breakfasts, leisurely lunches, or evening meals under the Côte d'Azur sky. Together, these inviting outdoor spaces provide the perfect extension of the apartment's bright and welcoming interior.
Other things to note
The pool is open from May 15th - October 15th 8:00am - 9:00pm.
Pool rules are posted on the entrance gate and must be observed, including no inappropriate shoes worn, no food or drinks, no unsupervised children, no personal parasols.
Visitors' parking must not be used as a car park; only the specific, allocated underground parking space must be used.
Bins must only be disposed of in the containers provided in the Waste Room next to the entrance of Building A (the key to the apartment opens this door as well), and nowhere else.
Quiet hours that are applicable across France (not just Florea Parc complex) needs to be respected, so no loud activity like vacuuming, etc should be done.

Florea Parc is located a 15 min walk to the beach and a 35 min walk to the centre of Antibes. Within just a 5 min walk however you have a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakery, mini-markets and shops with a large supermarket 20 mins walk away. Antibes is one of the most famous and sought after seaside towns on the Côte d'Azur with its charming stone-built centre with Picasso & Peynet museums, a theatre, weekly markets and its four marinas which welcome some of the world's most magnificent yachts. There are 5 golf clubs in Biot and Antibes and within 90 mins you can be in on the ski slopes of the southern alps in Isola 2000.
