An Overview

Lauren is a 2 bed holiday rental apartment in Nice with bags of character in one of the best locations the city has to offer. With cool cream walls, original local prints, French style furniture and has every modern convenience you could wish for. Your only dilemma will be whether you turn left or right out of the front door because you’re in the middle of all the action. The historic Old Town is on one side with its charming narrow cobbled streets and a slightly more modern Nice with the main shopping outlet, Nice Etoile and Ave Jean Medicin lying in the other direction. Boutique patisseries, stylish homeware and fashion shop fronts vie for space with trendy restaurants, cool bars and new eateries that are only a few steps away. Decisions, decisions!

Location

The area Quartier Etoile is in a wonderfully central location. Walk out of your door and the main shopping area of Jean Médecin and the pedestrian zone are right outside your door. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, is on your doorstep and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a glance across the street. The beach and promenade is 5 minutes away and public transport is excellent and within close proximity. There is also a wonderful little cafe downstairs called ‘Au Gubernatis’ that is a favourite of Lauren’s owner. Great breakfasts and lunches in a contemporary atmosphere where the well dressed office workers mingle with tourists looking for a good place to ‘do lunch’.
