Access to the wrap around balcony is provided through three large French doors. There is a dining table that seats six leading into the kitchen area.
There is WiFi throughout the property. Download speed 272 mbps and upload speed 365 mbps. The lounge and kitchen have built in USB sockets for recharging those all important electrical devices.
Outside Space
The 7 m2 balcony wraps around the north and west corner of the property overlooking a quaint traditional Nicoise park on Rue Foncet in the Quartier Etoile neighbourhood.

Location
Maison Dior is in the area of Quartier Etoile which is a wonderfully central location. Walk five minutes out of your door and you are on rue Jean Medecin, the main shopping area of Nice, with its high street stores and designer boutiques, and a multitude of cafes and bars. Or take a different direction, and in five minutes you’ll be in Vieux Ville, (Old Town Nice), the tourist centre of Nice with its famous flower market, (The Cours Saleya) and the plethora of restaurants, bars and brasseries the Old Town Is famous for.
One block from the Old Town is the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, can be found on your doorstep at Maison Dior.
Directly opposite the apartment there is a new underground station, “Station Durandy,” on the new second tram line in Nice. Therefore, you can now go DIRECT from the airport to Station Durandy in 20 minutes, and the cost per person including luggage, is 1 euro and 50 centimes. Surrounding the station, and thus directly opposite the apartment, is a newly restored park which occupies one city block..
