Spaces
Outside space

The narrow balcony on the south-facing side of the apartment opens out from the living space and accommodates a small table and chairs. The north-facing balconies at the back of the apartment offer a little more seclusion and shade for those who seek it.

Living space with separate television room

Opening out from the dining area is the equally light-filled living area. A second and third set of French windows open onto the front balcony from either side of the marble fireplace. Impeccably furnished with sophistication and character, this room has the power to bewitch. Intricate cornicing, beguiling fabrics and creative finishing touches, this is truly a place in which to dream. A separate television room with comfortable sofa and chairs, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime, PS3 and a Sonos music system enable you to preserve the ambiance of the front room while keeping everyone happy.

Kitchen and dining area

Light streams into this convivial dining space through the south-facing French windows. The open plan kitchen area has plenty of contemporary chic while the classically curved Louis XV style dining table adds historic charm. From easy breakfast preparation to more complex catering, chefs will enjoy the horseshoe kitchen design and sleek functionality; it is fully equipped with an electric oven – four ring hobs, microwave, full-size fridge-freezer with drink and ice dispensers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms

The mix of period pieces with awe-inspiring contemporary design brings character and expression to each room, accentuated by light wooden floors and carefully chosen colour. There is reversible air-conditioning fitted throughout for a comfortable temperature whatever the season.

The master bedroom situated at the front of the apartment has an en-suite bathroom, double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps on both sides.
The second double bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and opens on to its own small balcony. Wall-mounted reading lamps and wrought iron bedside tables plus an antique writing desk complete this room.
The third bedroom, also at the back, has a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. There are light wooden twin beds separated by a table and reading lamp and a small wardrobe for storage.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom features a superbly deep, freestanding bathtub as well as a large shower cubicle and basin. Pale grey walls and flooring add warmth and the textured wall feature echoes the waves of the Mediterranean lapping not far away. There is a heated towel rail, and cupboards and drawers abound to house your toiletries.

The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has an additional shower cubicle, toilet and basin.


Location

Very central but without the noise of some other locations, the Carabacel neighbourhood boasts some very elegant buildings and is full of restaurants and independent boutiques. There is a sophisticated yet progressive atmosphere to this part of town with a good selection of mouth-watering eateries next door on Rue Delille. Just a few minutes’ walk to the central green space of the Promenade du Paillon, the Modern Art Museum, the Port and the Old Town, staying in Boeme gives you easy access to everything Nice has to offer.


Transport
Parking

There is an underground carpark in the square right next to the apartment, Nice Azur Parking Marshall.

Public transport

Local buses pass close by in all directions and the airport bus leaves from Lycée Masséna; a five-minute walk. The closest tram stop, Cathédral-Vieille Ville, is 600m away and will take you to Nice Ville station for trains to Italy in the east and Cannes to the west.
