The apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift of a residential building only block from the pebbled beach of Nice. There are shops, boulangeries, for your warm morning croissant, authentic pizzerias and Nicoise cafes only a few steps away on the main street of Rue de la Californie and a block beyond that is the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach.

Outside space
The delightful sun-soaked balcony fits a table, chair and banquette so there is seating for up to three people. The Riviera sun can be enjoyed from the afternoon to the evening and whilst enjoying your aperif outside you can catch glimpses of the waving palm trees that are dotted along the Promenade. The perfect way to finish a relaxing day at the beach.
Bedrooms
The bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, with large double window and drop down shutters. There are bedside lights on stylish floating shelves next to the bed and a 30” Smart TV is mounted on the wall. There is a built-in wardrobe, upright chest of drawers and there is reversible AC throughout.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail and contemporary sink unit mirror and storage cupboard underneath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
Living and Dining area
The open plan living and dining area is light, bright and airy. A beige two-seater sofa bed faces the 32” Toshiba smart TV that sits on a white contemporary TV unit. A pair of French doors lead out on the sun splashed balcony allowing you to dine outside after a relaxing day on the beach. Wifi throughout allows you to stay connected and enjoy yoru Netflix account, (Speed is as follows - download 345/upload 160).
Kitchen
A stylish modern breakfast bar separates the kitchen area from the lounge with seating for up to four people. A Phillips Senseo coffee machine perches on the breakfast bar so you can enjoy you morning cappuccino whist reading the local newspaper. The kitchen area provides a two-ring glass hob, Moulinex oven and under counter fridge, as well as a Electrolux washing machine and Daewoo microwave.
