A three bedroom, three bathroom house a minutes walk from Dingle harbour, it’s in the middle of all the action but on a quiet residential street. This house has been restored to the highest standard with beautiful wooden shutters on the sash windows, contemporary furniture, a cool fitted booth in the classic kitchen, a wet room, a TV in every room and with a snug at the back of the house there is plenty of space for all the family to relax. The courtyard at the back is the perfect sun trap with a gas BBQ.

Bedrooms
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with a light and fresh feel, with wardrobes, lamps, bedside lockers and shuttered sash windows that overlook Gray’s Lane. The master bedroom is decorated in a warm grey tone with two large windows, its own ensuite, a kingsize bed, lovely antique furniture and a fantastic view of the park.
Bathrooms
Park Lane has three contemporary bathrooms. Downstairs there is a grey tiled wet room with wall mounted WC. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet tiled from floor to ceiling. The main bedroom has an ensuite also with a shower, toilet and sink.
Reading room
The calming grey reading room at the back of the cottage is a great space for some quiet time with big comfy couch’s and two large shuttered windows and a wall mounted TV with a separate satellite if you want to watch the match in peace.
Living area
The main living area is structured by the luxurious corner couch which hugs the wood burning stove, with a dining table for 6 plus a fitted booth in the kitchen area there is plenty space for all. The newly fitted kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer, classic country kitchen units and a fitted double oven and microwave.

Location
The colourful fishing town of Dingle boasts many attractions and there is always something fun to do with cultural events throughout the year including food, music, film and arts festivals. The town is surrounded by natural beauty with beaches, mountains and rivers to explore.
With over 50 pubs in the town, there is always a bit of craic to be had and live music every night. Dingle was named Ireland’s Best Foodie Town in 2014 so food lovers will be in heaven! There are so many good restaurants especially serving freshly caught seafood it is hard to just name a few, but you’ll find some of our favourites on the Stay YNA App. The Dingle Food Festival takes place every year over the first weekend in October and attracts thousands of visitors for its taste trail, demonstrations, wine tasting, workshops and entertainment. There is also farmers market on Fridays with all the award winning local produce Dingle has to offer on sale.
