This beautiful three-bedroom apartment is across the road from the stunning white sands & calm turquoise waters of Salis beach in Antibes at the start of the famous & prestigious Cap D’ Antibes with the most breathtaking views across the Bay of Angels towards Nice & the snow capped Alps.

Restaurants, shops, Boulangerie & a pharmacy are all within a 5-10 minute stroll.
Inside the property you’ll find three tranquil en-suite bedrooms each with their own bathroom (two en-suite) that accommodate up to 8 guests (a maximum of 6 adults), a modern open plan lounge & kitchen.
The huge sun-soaked lower terrace has a dining table & sun loungers whilst the upper shaded terrace has another dining table and lounging seat.

Riviera Plage is only 12 km from Cannes & the ‘Palais des Festivals et des Congress’ where many of the world’s most prestigious Yachting Festivals, Conferences, Exhibitions, Film, Cultural, Marketing & Equestrian events are held throughout the year. Enjoy the Monaco Grand Prix with it it just an hour by car or train.
Riviera Plage is also the perfect Digital Nomad destination with high speed WIFI & one of the most magnificently unique & relaxing panoramic views to unwind through the Riviera’s mild Autumn, Winter & Spring seasons - an ever changing view that spans across the Bay of Angels towards Nice and the stunning snow capped Southern Alps with the Ski resort of Auron also very easily reachable as only 84 kms by car.

Living Area

Benefitting from aircon for those hot summer months the open plan living area enjoys two double seater sofas, there is a 43' flat screen Smart TV and a selection of family games including Twister and Uno. However, the piece de resistance is that spectacular sea view. Just slide open to the large patio doors and step out onto the contemporary tiled terrace where a circular wooden dining table for six awaits, carefully positioned in the shade so that you may eat al fresco whilst keeping your cool.
The AC is also reversible so can be switched to the heating system ion the cooler months.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom enjoys sea views, a super king-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and boasts an ensuite bathroom complete with toilet, full size bath with wall mounted shower attachment and sink.
The second bedroom has a super king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cublicle.
The third bedroom contains two sets of stacked bunk beds, this bedroom accommodate up to four children.

Bathrooms

As well as the two ensuite bathrooms explained above, there is also a further bathroom that with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

Kitchen and Dining

The Kitchen/Dining area is part of the open plan living room. As well as the usual electric hob, microwave and oven, coffee maker and kettle, there is a preparation isle in the centre which allows chefs to work whilst facing guests to socialise and enjoy the beautiful view. The preparation island contains a dishwasher, washing machine, chopping area and kitchen sink.

Outside Space

The enormous terrace is divided into two sections. The veranda which sits in the shade of the balcony above is tiled in white and enjoys a circular formal dining table with white high-backed chairs for four. There is also the option of using this inside if preferred.
In the corner is a stylish wooden garden seat that can accommodate two or three people.
Stepping down from the veranda onto the sun-drenched paved terrace allows guests to enjoy one of four sun loungers with accompanying side tables or sit at the more relaxed wooden dining table.
Across the road from the terrace are the white sands and clear blue waters of Salis beach complete with a cute food kiosk/ beach bar named ‘Pascaline’ ensuring that snacks and refreshments are never too far away.

The picture postcard view of Antibes Old Town (a leisurely 15 minute stroll) beckons you to explore its’ fragrant streets, shops, selection of fabulous restaurants and the famous Marche Provençal with its colourful explosion of fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, herbs & spices, as well as the regular clothing, flea & antique markets & don’t forget to stroll through Port Vauban, home to many spectacular super yachts. One visit to Antibes is never enough!
Choose to explore, relax or dine at one of the many beach coves or private beach clubs enroute along the Cap D’Antibes towards the vibrant town of Juan Les Pins with it’s array of wonderful beach restaurants & colourful night markets (20 minute stroll)

Parking

There is one underground private parking space and additional parking along the beach, outside the apartment. The first hour is free and paid for and chargeable after this period.
