Living Area
The large and spacious open plan living and dining area has a wonderfully eclectic feel with a welcoming chaise sofa that is a warming shade of burnt orange and converts to a comfortable single bed for a third guest. There is a 58-inch Philips Ambilight flat screen TV, a barn beam coffee table, and an armchair. There is also a contemporary wooden dining table on steel legs with chic velvet seating for six guests. The living/dining room windows open out onto the bustling square of Place Rossetti, where you can people watch whilst enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening aperitif.
(If you wish to use the extra sleeping space provided, then the sofabed in the living room sleeps one. Please note, there is an additional cost for sofabed linen and towels which can be purchased when you book this property)
Bedroom and Ensuite
The large master bedroom has a super king-sized bed and possesses plenty of storage space with two ample wardrobes. There is also an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle with full body massage jets and heated towel radiator that is decorated in a monochromatic uber contemporary style. The bedroom window, which opens out to Rossetti square, is double glazed and shuts out any noise for a good night’s sleep.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen/dining area is part of the open plan living room. Guests will find an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a kettle and four-ring electric hob.
