An Overview
Located in lush Essex countryside, only nine miles from Stansted Airport, are two original grain silos that have been converted into contemporary style overnight accommodation. With fresh pine interiors these cylindrical structures are as unique as they are comfortable. They are situated in the garden of a traditional 17th Century Barn where your hosts, a family of 4 and their dog, reside.

Silo Blue
Each silo boasts a super kingsize bed that has been tailored with maximum comfort in mind. Behind a sliding door is a shower unit, hand sink and and toilet. Each silo contains a fitted kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and sink surrounded by various storage cupboards.
There is a 45-inch flatscreen smart TV mounted on the bedroom wall in each of the silos so that guests can stream their favourite programs without having to leave the comfort of their bed.
Each silo is accessed through French patio doors which open out onto individual larch decked terraces with glass table and comfortable high-backed chairs for two people. A spiral staircase leads to the decked rooftops which are equipped with two full length sun loungers and drinks table on each rooftop.
The breath-taking views from the silos, over the surrounding agricultural fields, stretch out several miles to include the quintessentially English village of Felsted which can be seen in the distance, encouraging guests to breath, relax and soak up the magnificent countryside that surrounds them. With visiting wild deer, rabbits and a family of enormous kites often seen circling overhead this is a great place to appreciate and enjoy the wonders nature has to offer.

Next to the silos is an indoor gym equipped with treadmill, cross trainer, punch bag, free weights and gym mats and with a smart TV mounted to the wall so that guests can stream any number of exercise programs.
In front of the gym is a hot tub which caters for four people allowing guests to unwind after their workout or simply relax and take in the beautiful Essex countryside.
