Kitchen and Dining area

Entering the house there is a small porch area before you step into the hear of the home, a superb kitchen/dining area which seamlessly blends old cottage charm with a contemporary update. Stone effect tiles set the tone with a tasteful sage green painted wood fitted kitchen. A pantry style cupboard houses plenty of storage shelves, with one door concealing a large fridge freezer. The kitchen has the full suite of appliances—hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Living area

With old style cottage windows and thick walls, there’s nothing twee or old-fashioned about this chic living area. An L-shaped couch and two-seater are complemented by two feature wicker chairs. A large cosy rug covers the rich-toned wood floors and art prints and globe lamps provide the perfect eclectic decorative touches, with an original open fireplace as the focus of the room, beside the large flatscreen TV.

Bedrooms

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, wooden floors, vintage effect clothes rails, and large windows with stylish herringbone tweed custom-made blinds. The cottage feel is carried through with wood panelled walls, perfectly blending with the cool retro styled lighting, unique bedside table trays, and graphic prints which give the decor its perfect finishing touches.

Bathrooms

The downstairs WC, off the utility room, is tiled with beautiful decorative floor tiles and has a large corner shower with metro tiles and a rain shower head.

The main bathroom upstairs boasts the same chic tiled floor, and is light-filled thanks to a large Velux window. A built-in wall shelf is the perfect place to stash essential cosmetics, and the corner shower unit has an extra large shower tray, with luxurious rain shower and sage green tiling.

Utility Room & WC

Moving towards the rear of the house, there is an under-stairs storage cupboard and then a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, and access to the small back garden and enclosed patio space.
