As the name suggests, Waterside Annex overlooks Dingle marina allowing guests to enjoy their morning coffee in beautiful surroundings whilst watching the boats come and go in the harbour. Waterside Annex is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for peace and tranquillity whilst being able to enjoy everything that Dingle town has to offer.

Living Area

The open plan living/dining area is light and spacious for two people. There are patio doors that lead out onto the lawn where a picnic bench awaits with stunning views over the water of the marina. Inside there is a comfortable three-seater couch, coffee table, flat screen TV mounted to the wall and a cute wooden dining table with pink dining chairs that seats two.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen area is part of the open plan lounge/dining room and is equipped with everything a chef could need. There is an oven, 4 ring hob, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboards and worktop space.


The double bedroom is spacious and decorated in subtle tones of olive and white promoting calm and relaxation. There are bedside tables and a clothes hanger and a flat screen TV has been mounted to the wall so guests can cosy up on a cold night and enjoy their favourite movie.


The bedroom possesses an ensuite bathroom which contains toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

Outside Space

The property enjoys a large lawned area with picnic bench that seats four allowing guests to dine outside in the sunshine and appreciate the incredible views of the boats on the marina.
