Living area
The open plan living area has a comfortable azure blue two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs. A large flat screen TV has been mounted on the wall so guests can enjoy their downtime with their favourite box set or movie. The apartment boasts air-con to help keep guests cool in those hot summer months.
There is a wooden dining table which allows guests to comfortably enjoy their morning coffee and croissants.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms both possess double beds, clothes closets and armchairs and continue the stylish theme of white, azure and mustard décor.
Bathrooms
The black, white and gold trimmed bathroom contains a shower enclosure, contemporary stone sink and cupboard unit.
There is a separate W.C. with sink unit.

The Kitchen/Dining area is part of the open plan living room. As well as the usual electric hob, oven and coffee maker, there is a wooden table so that guests can dine in front of the TV should they wish.

The Port of Nice
This extremely popular area of Nice is full of wonderful bars and restaurants which overlook the yachts and sailboats of the rich and famous. There is easy access to Vieux Ville, the old town, which is a five-minute walk away as is the eclectic and uber-cool area around Rue Bonaparte. A two-minute walk down rue Fodere will bring you to the sun-soaked square named Place Garibaldi, where guests can enjoy a coffee or aperitif in the sun.

● AIRPORT - 25 min drive or 30 mins on the tram. The apartment is 150m/3 min walk from the Tram Stop ‘Port Lympia’ which serves the Airport.
