Located on Rue Verdi, this 2 bed apartment can be found just a few blocks back from the beach and the main Promenade. A combination of modern styling and provencal furnishings provides and air of authentic Riviera chic throughout this light and spacious apartment. Add to this a quaint rear balcony for two, where you can enjoy a chilled glass of rose after a hard days sightseeing and you have all the ingredients to make your Cote D’Azur vacation complete. The two separate bedrooms are almost identical in size. One room comes furnished with a double bed and the second with a super king size bed. The super king size bed can be separated into two single beds. Both bedrooms have large windows and AC systems.
The fully-tiled bathroom comes with a bath with overhead shower attachment, a toilet, and a washbasin with vanity unit below and mirror above.
The grand entrance hall leads on to the cosy living room with an ornate fireplace, a three seater sofa and two individual chairs. Large French windows lead out onto a pretty covered terrace, complete with a ceiling fan will keep you cool on those hot days. Relax on the terrace or on the sofa and watch a bit of TV either in English or French, use the Wi-Fi provided throughout the apartment.
There is a reversible AC unit in the living area.
The white kitchen has traditional units and comes well-equipped with a four-ring hob and extractor fan, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils guests could require to prepare some home cooked food. The small but adequate dining area can also be found in the kitchen, and consists of a modern dining table with four chairs.
Near Rue Verdi there is a lush green park area in close proximity to the apartment which is ideal for families and children. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. Choose to stroll through the smaller streets of the Pedestrian Zone with its paved side cafés and restaurants leading to the The Old Town of Nice with its with its lively cafes, restaurants and shops which is only a 20 minute walk away.

The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses. Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre. Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port. Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur. Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.50 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
